What data we process

Quote inputs (no personal data) and, when buying a report, your name and e-mail. The partner form additionally collects a phone number and message. We never process card data — Stripe does.

Purposes and legal bases

Performing the report purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), accounting obligations (c), passing your enquiry to a partner based on your consent (a), and analytics with consent given in the cookie banner.

Recipients

Stripe Payments Europe (payments), our hosting and e-mail providers and — for the partner form — one verified import company, only with your consent.

Cookies

Essential cookies and browser storage remember your language, theme, calculator progress and access to a purchased report. Analytics run only after you click “Accept all”.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us: cargloapp@gmail.com.

If you sign up, we process your e-mail address, language and the date and version of your consent in order to send the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The address joins the list only after you confirm it with the link we e-mail you. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every message or by writing to cargloapp@gmail.com; we then stop sending immediately and keep only the record of the consent and its withdrawal as proof.
