Terms of service and sale of reports

1. Seller and contact

cargloapp.com is run by [imię i nazwisko], [adres do korespondencji] (the Seller).

Contact for any matter, including complaints: cargloapp@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days.

2. What the service is

The service is an independent calculator of the cost of importing cars from outside the European Union. The Seller does not sell, buy or import vehicles and does not act as a customs agent.

The calculator is free and needs no registration. Only the PDF report described in section 4 is paid.

3. Nature of the calculations

The calculations are for information. They are based on the law, rates and exchange rates (NBP) on the day of the quote, on the data entered by the user and on typical prices of services.

A calculation is not a decision of a customs or tax authority, a binding tariff information or legal or tax advice. Final amounts are set by the competent authorities, carriers and other service providers.

4. Paid report – order and price

The report is digital content in PDF format, prepared automatically for the chosen quote and bearing the buyer's name.

The price is shown before purchase in the chosen currency and is the final price. Payment is handled by Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24 and the other methods shown at checkout). The Seller does not store card data.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

The report is available immediately after the payment is confirmed on the report page and is sent to the e-mail address given, as an attachment with a personal link.

Technical requirements: a web browser with JavaScript enabled, an active e-mail address and a PDF reader.

The link to the report is personal – do not share it with others.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

This right does not apply once the supply of digital content has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The buyer gives this consent and acknowledgement when ordering and receives a confirmation of it in the e-mail with the report.

The same rules apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business when the contract is not of a professional nature for them.

7. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the report's conformity with the contract. If the report was not delivered, cannot be read or does not match the quote paid for, write to cargloapp@gmail.com with the order number or the e-mail address used for the purchase.

The Seller handles a complaint within 14 days. If it is justified, the Seller delivers a corrected report or, where that is not possible, refunds the price.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example a local consumer ombudsman or the consumer protection authority of their country.

Accuracy guarantee: if, within 14 days of purchase, the buyer reports an error in the report's calculations – e.g. an outdated tax or fee rate or a missing mandatory item – the Seller delivers a corrected report within 14 days or, at the buyer's request, refunds the full price paid. The guarantee does not cover differences caused by data entered by the buyer, changes of law, exchange rates or service prices after the quote date, or the estimated nature of transport costs.

8. Liability

The Seller takes care that rates and data are current and correct, but is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the calculations or for differences caused by decisions of authorities, changes in law and exchange rates after the day of the quote, prices of service providers or incorrect data entered by the user.

This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

9. Partners

The service may show offers of partners (e.g. currency exchange, vehicle history, importers). Some links are affiliate links – the Seller may receive a commission, which does not affect the calculations.

Contact details are passed to a partner only when the user sends an enquiry form and consents to it. Contracts with partners are concluded directly with them.

10. Personal data

How personal data and cookies are processed is described in the privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

The terms are available free of charge on this page in a form that allows them to be downloaded and printed.

Changes to the terms do not affect contracts concluded before they take effect.

Polish law applies, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of the country of their habitual residence.
